Save yourself some time inside and get an EventCard while you are waiting for the gates to open. The main refund booth will be directly inside the Front Gate. If you have any questions on The EventCard system, feel free contact us at info@omegaevents.com.

Why Did You Bill Me Twice?

If your credit card was declined when attempting to place an order, it may appear on your bank statement as a pending transaction. Some banks and credit card companies place a hold on a pending transaction for a certain period of time (usually 3 to 5 business days) and then release the funds back into your account. If you have any further questions, please contact your bank and/or credit card company.

I see a pending transaction on my card, but I never got a confirmation order on my tickets. Do I have tickets?

Your bank may put a hold on your credit card even if you’re order did not go through. If you are having any technical ticketing-related issues with your order, call (888) 810-2063 or click here to contact Eventbrite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
